Warranty Period

To be eligible for the product warranty, please submit the warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase. The attached Warranty Registration form below provides further details.

The warranty period provided by Olsen Commercial Ltd. is as follows:

The primary support structures (chassis, wrap, tyne) are covered for a period of 2 years or two thousand machine hours, whichever comes first.

Hydraulic cylinders and components are covered for 1 year or 1500 hours, whichever comes first.

Ground engaging parts and components (bucket teeth, side cutters, cutting edge) are covered for 1 year or one thousand hours, whichever comes first.

Warranty Procedure

If you believe your attachment is not functioning as intended, please stop using the product immediately. Warranty claims should be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 15 days of becoming aware of the issue. To initiate a warranty claim, kindly complete and submit the attached Warranty Claim form below.

Warranty Repair

To conduct a warranty repair, it is essential to promptly notify Olsen Commercial Ltd. for authorization. Recommended repairs should be discussed and agreed upon with Olsen Commercial Ltd. An estimate of repair hours and costs will be established. At this point, repair parts will be ordered upon customer purchase order. Olsen Commercial Ltd. will invoice for the parts, and reimbursement will be processed according to the terms outlined in this warranty policy.

Out-of-Warranty Cases

While reaching out to Olsen Commercial Ltd. during the warranty period does not automatically guarantee free repairs, we retain the right to verify the validity of the warranty and the request for warranty service. In cases where your claim is determined to be outside the warranty coverage, Olsen will notify you. You may then receive an offer to have the product repaired at your expense. You retain the choice to accept or decline this repair offer. If you choose to accept, Olsen Commercial Ltd. will send an invoice for the repair labor, spare parts, and other costs detailed in the offer.
